Tube of choice. I used Alec Rud from Pics For Design HERE

C/P + Copy and paste

Resize (click image - resize)

Add d/s = Add drop shadow

Lets get started

Open your mask and minimise for now

Open a new transparent image 800 x 800 pixels

Open Paper of choice. I used WFA_Paper_12

C/P into your image.

Layers - New Mask Layer - From image

Choose your mask from the drop down menu.

Click ok

Layers - merge - merge group

Open WFA_Element_39 

C/P into your image

Position to the left hand side

Duplicate layer

Image - mirror

Image -  flip

Open WFA_Element_8 

C/P into your image

Position towards the top of your mask

Add a d/s

Layers - new layer (we'll need this in a little bit)

Open WFA_Frame_4

C/P into your image

Using your freehand tool on point to point draw round the frame

Select the layer we made

Open WFA_Paper_7

C/P into selection

Keep selected

Selections invert

Open WFA_Element_61

C/P into your image

Hit delete to remove any protruding past the frame

Select the frame layer again

Add a d/s

Open WFA_Element_29 

C/P into your image.

Resize 50%

Position lower left of your frame.

Duplicate layer

Mirror & flip

Merge down

Add a d/s

Open WFA_Element_19 

C/P into your image

Resize 60%

Position bottom left of your frame

Add a d/s

Open WFA_Element_15 

C/P into your image

Resize 50%

Position top left of your frame

Add a d/s

Add your tube

Resize if needed and add a d/s

Open WFA_Element_49 

C/P into your imge

Position towards the bottom of your image.
